This log cabin, known as the Schuhler - Renninger Homestead, was the home of Fayetta Schuhler, wife of Charles Stahl and mother of nine children including Thomas and Isaac Stahl and Caroline Stahl Renninger.  Later, Caroline and her husband, John, lived in the cabin.  Caroline was affectionately known as Aunt Lina..
