The Charles Stahl Homestead still stands in the center of Powder Valley, although it has been significantly remodeled. Located near this building was the first pottery begun by Charles Stahl in the mid-1800s. Charles and Fayetta Stahl were the parents of Thomas and Isaac Stahl. Thomas Stahl and his wife Alice resided briefly in the smaller building on the right soon after they were married.
